Step 1: I give you a quote for the project you would like to be done.

Step 2: If you are happy to go ahead with the quoted price, I draft a work agreement stating the particulars of the project, what you can reasonably expect from me, the time frame and deadline of the project, and the contract price agreed upon and when it must be paid by, including a 10% deposit clause if applicable.

Step 3: If you are agreeable to the work agreement, we both sign it and keep a copy each.

Step 4: I work on the project and submit it on or before the deadline.

Step 5: If everything is in order and all the particulars in the work agreement have been completed, it’s time for payment.
